These terms cover your use of Kea, a dictation app for Apple Silicon Macs. By downloading or using Kea, you agree to what is written here.

License

A purchase grants you a personal license to use Kea. The license is yours to keep for the version you bought, and it activates with an offline key. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your key.

Trial

Kea offers a 14-day free trial that runs the full app. After the trial, a one-time purchase is required to keep using it.

Acceptable use

Use Kea for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any text Kea produces before you rely on it, especially in clinical or professional settings where you should review the output.

Warranty

Kea is provided as is. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, and we do not guarantee that transcription will be free of errors in every situation.

Refunds

If Kea does not work for you, email us within a reasonable window and we will make it right. See the contact below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
